I was tring to upgrade to 2.21 from 1.6. This requires going to 1.20 first then rebooting to 1.20 and changing to image 2 and upgrade that to 2.21.
Well it hung and now it still boots to 1.6 and works but I cannot upgrade at all. Going to dual config the image and image 2 are blank. If I try to make one active it says it does not exist (same for image 2). I get the same when trying to delete them (not sure that would help since there is no create)
Is there a way to create image 1 and image 2 again to get upgraded? I have restored factory and no luck... There appears to be no CLI
