We've been having some trouble where intermittantly, the web interface for our V1820-48G switches will become unreachable. After power cycling the switch access to the web interface is restored.
While researching this I found information about CR_0000105424 which was basically the same type of fix but for the V1810's. In an attempt to resolve this issue I have updated to the firmware to the latest release, PT.01.14, but it has not resolved the issue.
Does anyone know of a durable fix to resolve this issue?
