HP 1920 + 1950: ~MLAG with stacked devices

Well, as you can see here,HP 1950 supports MLAG, which is great.

For 1920, this is clearly not MLAG, but you get kind of redundancy with two stacked HP 1920 switches. What do you think about this setup?

Btw, did any try a IRF ring topology with more than 2 HP 1920 devices?
