HP 1920 48 G PoE Switch Providing Power but no network on some ports

I have a new HP 1920 48G Poe+ Switch.  I am using it for VOIP.  All of the ports are providing power and networking except for 6.  They are ports 41 throough 48...  If I plug a phone in I get power.  But, I get no network.  I have taken a test phone and plugged it into the ports and this behaviour occurs.  If I plug the phone into another port I get both power and networking.  I have no VLAN's configured.

Any thoughts?
